People who invest their hearts, time, families, and finances in the building of a local church deserve to have confidence in church leadership. Seekers looking for a safe place to explore God and the person of Jesus Christ deserve the same. All people are looking for leaders who conduct themselves with integrity and respect when making decisions that affect their lives. At Element Church there are three main groups of leaders (Biblical elders) who desire to offer balance and accountability to one another. We are guided by Pastors/Staff, protected by Trustees, and strengthened by Overseers.

We Are Guided By Pastors
The Pastoral Staff team is led by the Lead Pastor. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These staff pastors and leaders serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church. The Staff Leadership Team members serve as Staff Elders. The Element Church Pastoral Leadership Team are:

We Are Protected By Trustees
The Trustees are members of Element and local leaders who oversee the finances, legal decisions and direct the provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to the Pastoral Staff Team regarding the major financial commitments of the church. The Trustees serve as Non-staff Elders. The Trustees for Element Church are:

We Are Strengthened By Overseers
The Overseers are pastors of respected congregations and ministries who love Element Church and are willing to provide spiritual protection to the church. They may be called in to help in accountability matters relating to the Lead Pastor if requested by the Pastors, Staff Team or Trustees. The Overseers serve as Apostolic Elders. The Overseers for Element Church are:

+ Pastor Devin Webb of Connect Church in Mount Juliet, Tennessee
+ Pastor Jerome Vierling of City Life Church in Lansing, Michigan

In addition, Element Church has affiliation with two larger networks: the Association of Related Churches (ARC) and the Next Level Relational Network (NLRN). Both offer additional support, guidance, coaching and relationships.
